The home will be 1,307 SF with another 625 SF of finished space in the basement that also includes a 2-car garage. The exterior of this home will be similar to the home shown below:

The floor plan for the ranch home planned for Lot #3 in The Ridges at Lebanon Subdivision is shown below. The customer could still select kitchen cabinets, floor coverings, etc. if a contract is signed before the order is submitted to the modular home company.
